Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in risk and data analysis, ideally within credit institutions or consulting firms
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, finance, or economics
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in statistical analysis, data modeling, and deriving insights from complex datasets
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, along with familiarity with Tableau or Apache Superset and Excel
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, skilled at explaining complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- English proficiency at B1 level or above for clear interaction with global teams

- Prior experience in integrated risk management
- Possession of a Master’s degree
