Remote Talent LATAM seeks a RevOps Specialist for a digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot and Pipedrive environments. Your work will focus on leading CRM implementations, improving workflows, building reports, and supporting client teams to ensure systems operate efficiently and support revenue goals.
What You'll Do
- Implement and optimize HubSpot and Pipedrive for small sales teams
- Design simple, effective CRM processes aligned with client sales workflows
- Build meaningful dashboards covering pipeline, conversions, lead sources, and velocity
- Lead client calls and training sessions
- Clean and maintain CRM data and workflows
- Troubleshoot integrations and automations
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Build automation workflows using CRM and integration tools
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting HubSpot and/or Pipedrive
- Ability to show examples of your best work (e.g., dashboards, automations, messy CRMs you've fixed)
- Strong verbal and written English
- Solid sales, business, and marketing background with a clear understanding of effective sales processes
- AI experience required, including prompt engineering, AI tool selection, and real-world implementation
- Comfort working in a client-facing role, leading calls, and presenting on camera
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical explanations

- Compensation of $3,000/month USD plus performance bonuses
