Responsibilities
- Support item and listing optimization by executing strategies that improve review and ratings health across all channel listings.
- Evaluate existing and new item data to identify listings in need of more reviews or improved ratings, and prioritize accordingly.
- Execute proven strategies and workflows to capture more reviews on channel listings and grow overall review volume.
- Pursue the removal of policy-violating reviews and take action on opportunities to resolve the root cause issues driving poor ratings.
- Drive organizational awareness around the ROI of review improvement programs and support Merchant efforts to recover or negotiate costs with brand partners.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously while remaining action-oriented and persistent in driving solutions.
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to analyze moderate-sized datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Effective communicator with the confidence and urgency to follow up, align the right stakeholders, and drive outcomes across the business.
- Proficiency in core Microsoft applications, including basic Excel navigation and logical functions such as SUM, IF, COUNT, XLOOKUP, Filters, and Pivot Tables.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce fundamentals and familiarity with common review sampling programs such as Amazon Vine and BazaarVoice.
- Candidates must have an available work-from-home setup.
- Desktop/Laptop system requirements: 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor.
- At least 4GB RAM.
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system.
- Candidates are required to provide their own dual monitors.
- A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection).
- PC Headset.
- A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
