CXT Software is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to streamline and scale our revenue generation engine. You will own the processes, systems, and data that empower our sales teams across Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable sales processes, from lead to renewal
- Manage and optimize the CRM and sales tech stack
- Own revenue forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align systems and data
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
- Proven expertise configuring and managing CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and revenue forecasting
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical system solutions
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Benefits & Compensation
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $115,000/year USD
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Argentina, Brazil, Bogotá, Mexico City, San Salvador, Caracas, or Santiago De Chile.
