About the Role

The consultant will work closely with clients to implement and improve revenue operations using Goong, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams through data-driven strategies and technology integration.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage Goong instances to meet client-specific revenue operations needs
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align technology with business goals
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends and recommend performance improvements
  • Support onboarding of new clients onto the Goong platform
  • Develop dashboards and reports for revenue performance tracking
  • Ensure data integrity across CRM and revenue systems
  • Provide training and guidance to client teams on Goong usage
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to revenue operations tools
  • Document processes and best practices for client adoption
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Goong with existing tech stacks
  • Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
  • Assist in defining key performance indicators for sales effectiveness
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of revenue operations trends and tools
  • Support change management during platform rollouts
  • Gather client feedback to inform service enhancements
  • Conduct regular reviews of revenue workflows and suggest improvements
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards in system configurations
  • Coordinate with support teams to escalate complex technical issues
  • Help clients interpret revenue metrics for strategic decision-making
  • Promote adoption of revenue operations best practices
