Hilton is looking for a Revenue Assurance Supervisor to provide Revenue Accounting service to hotels across the MEA region that are supported by the UAE Finance Centre of Excellence (COE). This critical leadership role reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager.
What You'll Do
- Line manage a team of Revenue Accounting Specialists and ensure the quality of their work.
- Support hotels joining the COE with the transfer of their Revenue Accounting process.
- Support the finance project lead in revenue initiatives, contributing to automation, system improvements, and process redesigns.
- Identify process inefficiencies and system gaps by leveraging data, automation tools, and team insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Confirm all positions of revenue and compile the Daily Income Audit Report.
- Oversee back-end movements in the systems to ensure correct average food checks and accurate statistics reporting.
- Reconcile revenue-related taxes and ensure timely reporting to property-nominated persons for government communication.
- Raise and re-allocate revenue based on authorized requests from property finance leads.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for Revenue Accounting related accounts.
- Follow up with hotel teams to ensure all Revenue Accounting control reports are uploaded to Docuware with approvals obtained.
- Complete other tasks as required by business operations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Education: High school graduate; a university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years each as a General Accountant and Revenue Accounting Specialist.
- Clear communicator with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
- Proactive and self-starter.
- Confident leading through change, balancing stakeholder needs, and ensuring operational continuity.

- Strong accounting knowledge, particularly in Revenue Accounting.
- Systems knowledge in Navision, OnQ/OA, Micros, and Excel.

- Ability to work cohesively with others, both in the office and remotely with hotel Team Members.
