ClickHouse is hiring a Revenue Accounting Manager to own and evolve the global revenue accounting function as we scale. You will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of revenue reporting for public-company readiness, working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Operations to build scalable processes and clarify complex revenue arrangements in our dynamic, global SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

Own and manage all aspects of revenue accounting, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP (ASC 606) and alignment with company policies.
Lead the month-end and quarter-end revenue close process, including contract review, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and reporting.
Partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to review contracts and ensure proper revenue treatment for complex arrangements.
Maintain and continuously enhance revenue recognition policies, procedures, and internal controls to support a scalable, pre-IPO–ready environment.
Oversee deferred revenue and accounts receivable reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of balance sheet and P&L results.
Collaborate with FP&A and Sales Operations to provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts and analyses.
Drive system and process improvements, including automation initiatives and ERP integrations to streamline revenue workflows.
Support external audit requirements and manage PBC requests related to revenue and receivables.
Provide technical accounting guidance for new revenue streams, pricing models, and business initiatives.

What We're Looking For

6–9 years of progressive accounting experience
2+ years focused on revenue accounting in a SaaS or technology company
CPA required
Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
Proven track record managing the revenue close process in a global, high-growth environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex contracts and data sets
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with focus on accuracy and completeness
Effective communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present financial insights clearly
Experience in designing and maintaining internal controls and documentation to support audit readiness and SOX compliance
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Nice to Have

Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred
Master’s degree a plus
