About the Role

Golden Proportions Marketing is hiring an Executive Assistant for the CEO of Revel CPA. You’ll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly by managing communications, organizing schedules, and helping the CEO win back valuable time. This role blends recurring weekly responsibilities with dynamic, one-off requests.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and triage emails, flagging those requiring CEO input
  • Coordinate calendars and scheduling for both work and personal matters
  • Sort, route, and manage mail and faxes
  • Organize travel and meeting logistics, including while traveling
  • Conduct online research for market insights and contractor sourcing
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and documents
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with high attention to design and clarity
  • Support communication and delegation by ensuring tasks are tracked and completed
  • Help prioritize and take items off the CEO’s plate
  • Jump into various administrative tasks and provide sales admin support as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or founder
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational and calendar management skills
  • Experience using AI and automation tools
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based tools and software
  • High attention to detail, especially in writing and formatting
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Comfort managing both personal and business tasks

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with inbox management tools
  • A design eye for making documents and slides look great
  • Experience coordinating contractors or vendors

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the CEO.
