Corebridge Financial is hiring a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of retirement plan sponsors and employees. In this role, you will conduct educational presentations and meetings to improve plan awareness and grow plan assets.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
- Deliver enrollment meetings, age-based financial education meetings, and sophisticated financial literacy meetings.
- Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
- Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
- Assist the Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase plan participation and deferral rates.
- Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation.
- Travel as required for new plan enrollments, dependent on territory.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Appropriate state insurance licenses required.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred.
- CFP, ChFC, or similar designations desirable.
- Must have excellent presentation skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.
