Adidas Group is looking for a Retail Supervisor to guide our store team and elevate the customer experience. This role is for someone passionate about the adidas brand and sport's power to change lives. You'll help build a culture centered on creativity, confidence, and collaboration while challenging the status quo.

What You'll Do

Exceed customer expectations by applying your retail experience.
Help guide and support store associates in their daily roles.
Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas brand ambassador.
Build relationships and work collaboratively with the team.

What We're Looking For

Flexible availability that includes evenings and weekends.
Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including MS Office.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
Ability to operate independently, with discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
An inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a willingness to set high performance standards.
Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Minimum 12 months experience working in a retail environment.
Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position.
