About the Role

Company is seeking a Retail Supervisor, Merchandising for the Carolina Premium location. This role will execute assigned functional tasks to support the store management team, serving as a mentor and role model for employees. The Supervisor will focus on leading business processes, executing tasks, and maintaining work efficiency to achieve store priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a customer-centric role model to achieve store priorities.
  • Support the store leadership team in collaborating effectively with employees to ensure timely and efficient completion of work tasks.
  • Enhance capabilities and share expertise in designated specialized functional areas.
  • Support opening and closing work processes as needed, including store opening and closing.
  • Listen and ask questions to solicit feedback, understand needs, and provide service.
  • Handle unique or complex customer interactions.
  • Communicate expectations clearly and directly, and provide feedback.
  • Effectively utilize technology to engage customers and the team to achieve goals.
  • Effectively lead and inspire others through coaching and guidance.
  • Demonstrate interest and proactive desire for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Apply broad, established job knowledge and/or functional focus.
  • Research processes or transaction flows to discover root causes of errors.

  • Capability to support all store operational processes, including opening and closing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a management team and other employees.
