Rowan is looking for a Retail Store Associate to join our team at our Asheville, NC studio. This is a part-time, on-site role where you will be a key part of creating an exceptional environment for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
- Maintain the studio's visual presentation and overall cleanliness
- Process sales transactions and assist with inventory management
- Share product knowledge and contribute to a positive customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or front-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliability and a strong team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends
