About the Role
The individual in this role will lead retail sales initiatives, manage team performance, and ensure brand standards are met at retail locations throughout New York.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise retail sales associates during in-store events
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards at all assigned locations
- Train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics
- Coordinate with district and regional managers for scheduling and goals
- Drive customer engagement through effective in-store presence
- Manage product sampling logistics and inventory handling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events
- Communicate feedback from retail staff to management
- Support new product launches with on-the-ground execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and hours
- Respond to store-level inquiries regarding product availability
- Promote brand visibility through consistent merchandising practices
- Address performance issues within the team promptly and fairly
- Foster a positive and professional team culture
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies
- Assist in planning retail coverage for high-traffic periods
- Track and report competitive activity in assigned markets
