About the Role

This role is responsible for building strong relationships with store personnel, executing in-store promotions, and ensuring product availability and compliance with brand standards in assigned locations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute retail sales plans within assigned grocery stores
  • Build and maintain relationships with store managers and staff
  • Ensure accurate and prominent product placement on shelves
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
  • Report out-of-stock situations promptly
  • Set up promotional displays according to brand guidelines
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance
  • Track sales data and provide feedback to regional management
  • Promote product knowledge among store employees
  • Ensure compliance with pricing and labeling standards
  • Respond to store-specific challenges affecting sales
  • Support new product launches in retail environments
  • Gather competitive intelligence on shelf presence
  • Maintain clean and organized product sections
  • Drive brand visibility through consistent in-store execution
  • Use mobile tools for reporting and task management
  • Adhere to safety and operational protocols
  • Represent the brand professionally during store interactions
  • Identify opportunities for incremental product placement
  • Collaborate with regional sales leads for issue resolution
  • Ensure promotional materials are correctly displayed
  • Follow up on damaged or expired product removal
  • Maintain accurate records of store visits and activities
  • Support audit processes for inventory and compliance
  • Promote customer engagement through sampling initiatives
