We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Shoppes at Vestal location. In this role, you will connect with customers by providing excellent service, becoming a product expert to educate and outfit them, and executing store processes to drive productivity and build brand loyalty.

What You'll Do

Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
Educate, inform, inspire, and outfit the customer using your product expertise.
Offer information on current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events.
Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
Become an expert on the brand's selling behaviors to provide a premium customer experience.
Acknowledge and assist customers, locate merchandise efficiently, and answer questions quickly and accurately.
Offer style and outfit suggestions to the customer, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.
Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
Support sales floor, fitting room, check out, and back of house processes as required.
Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests.
Exchange and verify job related information to provide support.
