About the Role

Axalta is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager, Automotive/Hardware – NA/LATAM to be the strategic force behind our retail marketing efforts. You will partner closely with sales leads to craft and execute high-impact campaigns that fuel sell-through, elevate brand visibility, and unlock new customer segments across these key regions.

What You'll Do

  • Build and activate promotional plans that drive footfall, online traffic, and conversion across key retail partners.
  • Develop tailored marketing programs for top accounts, aligned to sales targets and in-store execution.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to retain and grow existing accounts while identifying new sectors and opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Brief and manage creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver compelling content and assets.
  • Lead trade and consumer events that amplify product launches and brand engagement.
  • Work with supply chain, category, and finance teams to align marketing with broader business goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with key retail partners to ensure marketing plans are aligned and impactful.
  • Lead research initiatives to validate new product opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Track campaign results, report ROI, and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate product changes, price increases, and competitive analysis with product and sales teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven success driving promotional campaigns in retail environments (automotive or hardware preferred).
  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior and in-store activation.
  • Strategic planning and execution.
  • Agency and stakeholder management.
  • Creative development and media planning.
  • Commercial acumen and margin awareness.
  • Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Influential communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized project manager with a bias for action.
  • Results-driven, pragmatic, and resilient.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of retail marketing experience with automotive and/or hardware alignment.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate internally with Sales, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Finance. Externally, you will work closely with Retail Customers and Creative & Media Agencies.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates in North America and LATAM.
