Responsibilities

  • Oversees and mentors six to eight store managers, encouraging them to lead and support their teams effectively.
  • Collaborates closely with regional leadership, HR, and corporate teams to align district goals with broader organizational objectives.
  • Partners with HR and Learning & Development to identify and grow leadership potential within the district.
  • Proactively recruits external talent to elevate overall team capabilities.
  • Implements new company policies and initiatives with accuracy and consistency across all locations.
  • Analyzes performance data from stores, identifies trends, and guides managers to address challenges or leverage opportunities.
  • Drives financial success by ensuring strong customer service and efficient operations.
  • Balances performance oversight with hands-on coaching and staff development through regular store visits.
  • Monitors competitive landscape and identifies expansion possibilities, including new store openings or acquisitions.
  • Gathers insights on program effectiveness and shares best practices with regional leadership.
  • Adapts strategies to meet the unique needs of local markets for optimal results.
  • Empowers store managers to make decisions within established company and district guidelines.
  • Oversees staffing across the district and reassigns personnel as needed to meet performance or operational demands.
  • Builds positive relationships with local communities where stores operate.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

Compensation
