Unknown Company is hiring a Retail Construction Project Manager

About the Role

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a Retail Construction Project Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer retail store construction and renovation efforts. You will oversee the planning and coordination of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our brand specifications to support growth and enhance customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from approval to closeout, including milestone tracking, schedule monitoring, punch list creation, and warranty resolution.
  • Coordinate internal partners, external vendors, contractors, and landlords. Communicate schedules and logistics, attend project meetings, and partner with store operations.
  • Handle permitting, review construction drawings, manage estimate reviews and RFPs, and negotiate change orders.
  • Track all project documentation within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of overall project management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically in apparel retail construction.
  • Proven ability to deliver retail projects on time, within budget, and to brand standards.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Working knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and permitting requirements.
  • Strong budget management skills, including change order negotiation and cost control.
  • Ability to read and review architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to travel frequently, on average 1-2 times per month.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Senior Manager, Construction Coordination and partner closely with Construction Partners, external vendors and contractors, Real Estate, Design, Brand Experience, Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
