In this leadership role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of software solutions for children with autism and developmental disabilities, acting as a strategic bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for healthcare software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to navigate IT complexities and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently while mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Serve as an empathetic communicator bridging business objectives and technology capabilities.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Product Management team, fostering leadership and development within the group.
- Maintain subject matter expertise in healthcare services, regulations, and the needs of children with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Apply continuous improvement and innovation in product strategy, development, and implementation.
