Hilton is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to assist in the direction and administration of a hotel restaurant. In this role, you will help deliver outstanding guest service and contribute to financial profitability as part of a global team dedicated to creating remarkable hospitality experiences.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, and train team members in all restaurant activities.
- Monitor and assist in evaluating team member performance.
- Support team members in handling guest inquiries, requests, and resolving guest complaints.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
- Manage and monitor product quality, service, and satisfaction trends to evaluate and address issues.
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.
