MOD Pizza is looking for a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to build your leadership skills and drive store operations. In this role, you’ll set your squad up for success during scheduled shifts and deliver the best possible MOD experience.

What You'll Do

Set and sustain the tone of the shift by keeping the energy high, creating a positive vibe and welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure the quality and safety of all food, including tasting, checking prep and storage standards, and reporting outages.
Listen, acknowledge, and resolve squad member and customer concerns, escalating to the store coach or GM as needed.
Act as a keyholder, managing cash during the shift in an accurate manner.
Take inventory and place orders as needed and directed by the GM.
Conduct coaching in the moment and manage shift duties checklists.
Address or escalate any equipment malfunctions.
Focus on the growth and well-being of the squad and celebrate wins.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 months in an All Star position with demonstrated quality coaching, training, and multi-tasking (exceptions require DM approval).
Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous experience coaching, teaching, and inspiring others.
Proven success in following and enforcing processes and standards, correcting and coaching compassionately.
Strong customer service skills and a proven ability to remain calm and focused.
Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date or sooner as required by law.

Nice to Have

Experience successfully providing on-the-job training to others in a rapidly changing environment.
Experience as a shift lead in a retail environment.
