Community Health Network is looking for a Respiratory Therapist to join our team. You will partner with physicians and staff to provide patient-centered care, advancing patient care plans to achieve the best possible outcomes. What You'll Do
- Partner with physicians and staff to provide patient-centered care and outstanding service.
- Advance the patient plan of care to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Work with patients and families to provide age and culturally appropriate care.
- Provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
- Implement conventional ventilation methods.
- Perform duties related to setting up, operating, cleaning, and storing respiratory equipment.
What We're Looking For
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited respiratory care program.
- Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner License (RCP).
- Registered by the NBRC or eligible, Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within 12 months of graduation date or start date.
- Experience working in respiratory therapy.
- Knowledge of treatment modalities.
- Dedication to patient care.
- Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with patients, staff, physicians and visitors.
- Ability to evaluate and provide exceptional care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
