BPM LLP is seeking a Resource Manager to join our Corporate Services Team (CST) – Operations department. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic resource planning and allocation to support firm-wide operations and project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Manage strategic workforce planning and resource allocation for operational teams.
- Analyze staffing needs and forecast resource capacity against project pipelines.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align resources with business priorities.
- Develop and maintain reporting on utilization and staffing metrics.
- Identify skills gaps and contribute to talent development and deployment strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic staffing decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with resource management software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

You will be part of the Corporate Services Team (CST) – Operations, a central team focused on enabling firm efficiency and supporting internal service delivery.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in the United States or Canada.
