Remote Recruitment is looking for a Reports Administrator within the property industry. In this role, you will generate, maintain, and analyze reports that provide essential insights into property management and sales performance. You will contribute directly to our clients' success by delivering accurate and timely reports that inform critical decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Compile and analyse data to prepare periodic reports related to property management and sales.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reporting data.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary data and insights for reports.
- Identify trends and patterns within data to inform business decisions.
- Assist in the training of staff on reporting tools and data management practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Reports Administrator or in a similar role within the property industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality reports.
- Strong communication skills for presenting data findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage various reporting projects and meet deadlines.
- A high school diploma is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
- A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
