PlanOmatic is seeking a freelance Rental Property Photographer to capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of rental properties nationwide. This is a flexible, part-time, 1099 independent contract role, ideal for filling gaps in your schedule. What You'll Do
- Capture high-quality photos and 3D tours at various property locations.
- Spend an average of 30 to 60 minutes on-site completing services.
- Upload completed work to PlanOmatic on-site for the dedicated team to edit and make client-ready.
What We're Looking For
- DSLR or Mirrorless camera
- Wide-angle lens (16mm for Full-Frame/10mm for CMOS)
- Off-camera flash with diffuser
- Apple or Android device
- Memory card reader for mobile device
- Tripod
- Full-time access to a personal reliable vehicle
- Active Driver's License
- Photographer's Liability Insurance
Work Mode
This is a local, on-site position. You will travel to properties in your area as assignments are scheduled.
