What You'll Do
Provide attentive, individualized service to both domestic and international clients, ensuring a smooth and positive rental experience. Guide customers through vehicle selection, highlight available services and special offers, and build trust through clear communication and reliable support.
Prepare and process rental agreements accurately, manage reservations efficiently, and handle billing procedures with attention to detail. Inspect and ready vehicles according to quality standards, and oversee aspects of fleet logistics, including damage reporting and documentation.
Play an active role in growing the agency’s performance by contributing to sales goals and maintaining a professional brand presence. Uphold operational standards while fostering repeat business through consistent, respectful customer engagement.
Requirements
- Valid French category B driver’s license
- Proficiency in English
