Zimperium is hiring a Renewals Specialist (India)

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage all contract renewal activities
Identify opportunities for contract renewals and process them in a timely manner
Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Update and maintain accurate customer and contract data in CRM system(s)
Communicate with clients regarding their contract status and renewal
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the renewal process
Proactively suggest improvements to the renewals process

Requirements

Experience as a Renewals Specialist or in a similar role in customer service or sales
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Clari, Gainsight)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
