Renesas Electronics is looking for a Support Operator (m/f/d) to join our team in Dresden. In this role, you will be a key part of our final test process operations, working within a temporary employment framework. You will contribute directly to our production quality and help train new team members in our transparent, agile, and innovative work environment.
What You'll Do
- Operate handler systems in the final test process area.
- Process provided production lots efficiently.
- Handle materials correctly according to PASS and FAIL principles.
- Perform preparatory and assisting work for Operator Level OP3 and above.
- Support the training of new employees within your own area of responsibility.
What We're Looking For
- Independent, committed work ethic with a high willingness to perform.
- Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
- Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
- Good German language skills (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of English, especially for understanding system messages.
Nice to Have
- Technical background knowledge.
- Experience in a production environment.
- Knowledge and experience in operating systems or machines.
