Klabin S.A. is seeking a Remuneration Specialist to act as an internal strategic consultant, leading the architecture and governance of fixed and variable (short and long-term) compensation models. You will ensure alignment with corporate strategy, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and market competitiveness, serving as the technical reference for structuring policies, advanced data analysis, incentive financial modeling, and reporting for a publicly traded company.
What You'll Do
- Lead the definition, review, and technical support of policies for fixed remuneration, short-term variable incentive (STI), and long-term incentives (LTI – Matching, Performance Shares, Phantom Shares), including financial-economic modeling and budget impact analysis.
- Conduct job evaluations and organizational structuring using the Hay Group methodology, ensuring internal coherence, structural balance, and competitive market positioning.
- Act as the technical lead for salary analyses, participation in market surveys, and the construction of strategic benchmarks.
- Develop executive reports and analytical dashboards with indicators like salary dispersion, compa-ratio, range aging, incentive eligibility, pay mix, budget vs. actuals, LTI provisions, and accounting impacts.
- Structure and support corporate governance routines for a publicly traded company, including the preparation and technical validation of information for the Corporate Governance Report and Reference Form.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, market practices, labor legislation, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives in remuneration, focusing on efficiency, traceability, and data reliability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
- Solid experience in strategic remuneration within a structured corporate environment, preferably a publicly traded company.
- Expertise in the Hay Group job evaluation methodology.
- Proven experience with long-term incentive programs (Matching, Performance Shares, Phantom Shares), including scenario modeling and financial impact analysis.
- Technical knowledge of corporate governance applied to executive remuneration.
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, projections, structured databases).
- Proficiency with BI tools and dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- Analytical ability to work with large volumes of data and build statistical analyses for decision-making.
Nice to Have
- Experience with structural organizational reviews and job architecture design.
- Experience with specialized remuneration and benefits management systems.
- Knowledge of accounting practices related to long-term incentive provisions.
- Experience in high-governance environments with exposure to Board and Remuneration Committees.
