Uptalent.io is seeking a Remote Wastewater Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design projects for wastewater and stormwater lift stations, oversee a drafting team, and support expansion into treatment plant design. This role involves close collaboration with civil engineers, city officials, and equipment vendors in a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with civil engineers, city officials, and equipment vendors to define project requirements.
- Oversee and review the work of a drafting team, and update plans when necessary.
- Work closely with Professional Engineers (PEs) to review and approve designs.
- Monitor project progress, communicate updates to clients, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Review submittals during bidding and construction phases.
- (Optional) Contribute to expanding services into treatment plant projects and help standardize drafting procedures and CAD templates.
