Uptalent.io is seeking a Remote Wastewater Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design projects and support our growth. You will take charge of projects for wastewater and stormwater lift stations, while helping us expand our services into treatment plant design.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with civil engineers, city officials, and equipment vendors to define project requirements.
Oversee and review the work of a drafting team, updating plans when necessary.
Work closely with Professional Engineers (PEs) to review and approve designs.
Monitor project progress, communicate updates to clients, and ensure deadlines are met.
Review submittals during bidding and construction phases.
Contribute to expanding services into treatment plant projects and help standardize drafting procedures and CAD templates.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience in wastewater electrical engineering (lift stations, pump stations, or treatment plants).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong AutoCAD skills, with experience reviewing and checking drafting work.
Experience managing or coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Previous experience working for the U.S Market in this same industry.
Knowledge of Autodesk Vault or similar project management software.
Broader experience in MEP disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc.).
