ExploreMore with Fran is looking for a Remote Travel & Hospitality Associate to design and book a wide range of travel experiences. You will manage everything from cruises and all-inclusive resorts to group travel and theme park adventures. This is a remote role where you’ll receive comprehensive training and support.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate resort bookings and ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain and update the resort website and social media channels.
- Use social media and lead-generation tools to attract new clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with travel plans.
- Learn and utilize new software to improve pricing and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- No prior experience needed—full training and certification are provided.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and flexible approach to work.
