About the Role
The physician will deliver specialized telemedicine services focused on diagnosing and managing hormonal imbalances in men, including testosterone optimization, using a science-driven approach through virtual visits and personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient consultations for hormonal health assessment
- Evaluate lab results related to testosterone and endocrine function
- Develop individualized treatment protocols for hormone optimization
- Monitor patient progress through scheduled follow-ups
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Educate patients on lifestyle factors affecting hormonal balance
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Collaborate with clinical support staff to coordinate care
- Ensure compliance with telemedicine licensing and prescribing laws
- Provide guidance on nutrition, sleep, and fitness as it relates to endocrine health
- Address patient questions and concerns via secure messaging
- Order appropriate diagnostic testing based on clinical presentation
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and lab trends
- Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Stay current with clinical guidelines in endocrinology and men's health
- Support continuity of care across the patient journey
- Participate in quality assurance reviews
- Respond to clinical escalations in a timely manner
- Use evidence-based medicine to guide decision-making
- Contribute to protocol development and clinical improvements

- Published work or speaking experience in men's health
