At Philips, we believe we are better together than apart. We are looking for a Remote Service Engineer - MRI to leverage your technical and networking skills to assist healthcare customers. In this remote-based role within the USA, you will act as a key customer-facing representative, using the latest remote access technologies to support Philips MR products.
What You'll Do
- Act as a Philips Representative in response to customer inquiries, providing telephone and remote technical support.
- Resolve customer service events by leveraging Philips tools and resources.
- Timely escalate customer product issues for evaluation by higher-level support.
- Utilize appropriate remote tools to resolve issues and avoid dispatching a Field Service Engineer.
- Implement best practices and process improvements while diagnosing problems, applying effective solutions, and determining follow-up actions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a field service environment.
- Experience with Philips MRI equipment.
- Knowledge of computers and networking.
- PC competency, including utilization of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment.
- High School graduate degree.
- Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
- Ability to communicate, written and verbally, with various levels of employees and customers.
- US work authorization.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, medical, or a science-related field.
- Trained in Philips products.

- Hourly pay ranges from $37.00-$70.00 depending on location, plus overtime eligibility and 1st/2nd shift pay differential.
