Philips is looking for a Remote Service Engineer to deliver technical support to healthcare customers and field partners. You will use the latest remote technologies to provide telephone support, remote diagnostics, and resolve issues for Philips Imaging products, combining technical and customer interaction skills to prevent unnecessary field dispatches.
What You'll Do
- Act as a Philips Representative in response to customer inquiries and provide telephone and remote technical support to external customers.
- Resolve customer service events by leveraging Philips tools and resources as needed.
- Timely escalation of customer product issues for evaluation and action by higher level support.
- Utilize appropriate remote tools to resolve issues and thus avoid dispatching of service call to Field Service Engineer.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Philips Imaging systems.
- A 2 year associates degree.
- Ability to solve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
Nice to Have
- A 4 year technical degree.
- Experience with SQL and Windows servers.
- Rhapsody IBE experience.
- AWS experience.

Hourly pay ranges vary by state: $37.00-$59.00 (AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WV), $39.00-$62.00 (AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY), $41.00-$65.00 (AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, WA), $44.00-$70.00 (CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ).
