EX Squared is hiring a Remote Senior Research Consulting Director to lead strategic research initiatives and deliver high-impact insights for our clients. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping research direction and ensuring the quality and business relevance of our consulting deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage complex, multi-phase research consulting engagements from scoping to delivery
- Develop and articulate strategic research plans and methodologies tailored to client business objectives
- Mentor and guide research team members, fostering high standards of analytical rigor and client communication
- Serve as the primary expert and point of contact for clients, translating findings into actionable business recommendations
- Drive business development initiatives, including proposal writing and new project scoping
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a research-focused consulting, agency, or corporate strategy role
- Proven track record leading research teams and managing senior client relationships
- Expert-level knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and their application to business problems
- Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive-level decisions
- Strong project management and business development capabilities
