EX Squared is looking for a Head of Interfaces to lead the interfaces team, responsible for a critical function within our security and IT operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the interfaces team, defining its strategy and goals.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of all system interfaces.
- Ensure interfaces meet high standards for security, performance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with other engineering and security teams to define integration requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing technical teams focused on interfaces or integrations.
- Deep understanding of interface design principles, APIs, and system-to-system communication.
- Experience in the security or IT industry, with knowledge of relevant protocols and standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical work with business objectives.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in India.
