EX Squared is hiring a Remote Education & Research Director to lead the strategic development and execution of our academic and research programs. You will be responsible for shaping our educational content and research direction in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic vision for education and research initiatives.
- Design and develop comprehensive educational programs and curricula.
- Guide and oversee research projects from conception to publication.
- Establish and maintain academic standards and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance program goals.

- Proven experience leading education and/or research programs.
- Strong background in curriculum development and academic strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and research initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for a remote environment.
