EX Squared is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support for our global operations. This is a remote, full-time position based in Luxembourg.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert legal advice and counsel on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations
- Manage and mitigate legal risk across the organization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives
What We're Looking For
- A qualified lawyer with admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law
- Proven experience working in an international or multi-jurisdictional context
- Strong background in contract negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. The successful candidate must be based in Luxembourg.
