EX Squared is looking for a Lead Rental Operator Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the technical operations and systems management for our rental platforms, ensuring high performance and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical rental operations systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system availability and performance.
- Establish and document operational procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a lead operations or engineering role focused on rental platforms or similar systems.
- Strong background in system architecture, infrastructure, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work autonomously and make critical technical decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in Austria.
