EX Squared is seeking a Remote Banking Service Program Manager to oversee the delivery and enhancement of critical service programs within our banking sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment for our service initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end management and execution of banking service programs
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular progress updates
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing complex service programs, preferably within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies and frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception through to completion
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication skills for both technical and business audiences
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position based in New Zealand. The role requires a high degree of self-direction and the ability to work effectively in a distributed environment.
