Neweratech is hiring a Workday / ATS Functional Consultant to configure, optimize, and support multiple Workday HCM modules while ensuring seamless integration with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). You'll play a key role in enhancing HR and talent management operations through business process automation, reporting, and security.

What You'll Do

Provide functional configuration and support across 2–3 core Workday HCM modules, including Total Rewards, Talent, Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
Configure and maintain Workday Security, including role-based, domain, and business process security.
Design, configure, and optimize Workday Business Processes to automate manual workflows.
Configure and manage Advanced Compensation programs, including merit cycles and compensation planning.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
Develop and enhance Workday reports and dashboards to support operational and leadership insights.
Document configurations, workflows, and process changes in the central knowledge repository.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT teams across global locations and time zones.
Support, maintain, and optimize integrations with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience configuring multiple Workday HCM modules.
Strong experience with Workday Security configuration.
In-depth understanding of the Workday Business Process Framework (BPF).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.

Nice to Have

Experience configuring Advanced Compensation programs.
Experience working with ATS platforms (Greenhouse strongly preferred).
Experience identifying automation opportunities and improving HR workflows.
Prior experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Workday Functional Certification.
