RES Consultant Group is looking for a Remote Senior Accountant to provide full-cycle accounting and financial advisory services directly to our small business clients. In this client-facing role, you'll make a meaningful impact by helping clients understand their finances, improve operations, and make better decisions.
What You'll Do
- Provide full-cycle accounting support, including reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, and month-end close
- Maintain and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Prepare and review financial statements; identify and resolve discrepancies
- Coach clients on using QuickBooks Desktop and Online effectively
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Support or participate in business advisory engagements
- Assist with tax preparation during tax season
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of recent experience in a CPA or business advisory firm
- Experience working directly with small to mid-sized business clients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow within a firm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated home office
