BioPak is looking for a freelance independent contractor in the role of Remote Sales Support (Back Office). In this position, you will provide essential back-office sales support for a commercial kitchen equipment supplier, handling administration for sales teams, managing quotes and orders, and providing project support within our dynamic organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide administration support to sales teams.
- Gather specification sheets, drawings, and brochures as requested.
- Ensure documentation is up to date in the K Drive.
- Enter all sales team quotes and attach relevant documentation.
- Convert quotes to sales orders once approved.
- Provide project administration support.
- Liaise with System Controls for code creations.

- Minimum 2 monitors.
- Noise-canceling headset with microphone.
- Work location must have minimal distractions and background noise.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Epicor software.
- 16GB RAM on laptop/PC.
