division50 is looking for a Remote Sales Representative to be the digital face of our upscale beauty salon in Dubai. In this role, you will blend customer service, online sales, and administrative coordination to manage client interactions, drive bookings, and support operational logistics.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage clients virtually via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and online booking platforms.
- Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service recommendations.
- Follow up on appointments, feedback, and rebooking opportunities.
- Promote salon services and products through digital channels.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and cross-sell additional treatments or retail products.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.
- Maintain and update digital records of client profiles, bookings, and sales using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or salon management software.
- Manage the salon’s appointment calendar and coordinate scheduling with therapists and service teams.
- Handle invoicing, payment confirmations, and digital cash tracking.
- Assist in organizing home visit logistics and ensure smooth communication between clients and therapists.
- Support internal team communication and timely reporting of client needs and appointments.
- Track service feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and strong time management.
- Friendly, empathetic, and sales-focused approach.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
- Arabic language skills.
- Familiarity with salon management platforms (e.g., Fresha, Booksy).
- Experience handling Instagram/WhatsApp Business for client communication.
- Knowledge of beauty or wellness products/services.
