Vertriebspilot.ai is hiring a Remote Sales Partner (Setter/Closer) to drive revenue through strategic sales conversations for digital high-ticket products in B2C and B2B markets. You will join a mission-driven team building the strongest digital-led closing system in the DACH region, helping individuals build online businesses and helping professionals scale predictably.
What You'll Do
- Conduct strategic sales conversations via Zoom/Phone with pre-warmed leads in B2C and B2B.
- Identify customer needs and confidently guide potential customers to a purchase decision.
- Use AI tools, sales playbooks, and CRM structures to optimize closing rates.
- Precisely document activities and KPIs.
- Develop into a high performer through daily sales missions and 1:1 coaching.
- Become part of a system that makes results visible and rewards them.
What We're Looking For
- First sales experience OR a strong sense for people, conversations, and decisions.
- Ability to work independently, think entrepreneurially, and maintain a clear performance standard.
- Be disciplined, confident in closing, open to feedback, and actively strive for growth.
