About the Role

InstallPros USA is seeking a Remote Sales Executive to join its national team, focusing on converting inbound leads for telecom and networking solutions including Starlink satellite internet, structured networking, and Wi-Fi optimization. This is a 100% remote, commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and no cold calling required.

What You'll Do

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into completed installations
  • Answer incoming sales calls from customers seeking better internet and networking solutions
  • Advise customers on the best connectivity solutions based on their location and needs
  • Explain Starlink, Wi-Fi networking, and installation options in simple, customer-friendly terms
  • Book installations accurately based on customer requirements
  • Manage customer interactions within the company CRM system
  • Follow up with warm inquiries to maximize conversion rates
  • Operate independently while maintaining alignment with team goals
  • Maintain professional communication standards in all customer interactions

What We're Looking For

  • Must be located within the United States
  • Must be comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers
  • Must be confident in closing deals over the phone
  • Must be self-motivated and organized
  • Must be comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in telecom, broadband, networking, ISP, or technical sales is strongly preferred
