QuickTeam is looking for a Remote Sales Closer to convert pre-qualified leads into clients. You’ll focus on building relationships and closing deals for our managed staffing solutions, supported by a steady flow of pre-booked appointments.
What You'll Do
- Conduct Zoom or phone meetings with qualified prospects whose appointments are pre-booked for you.
- Understand client needs and clearly present QuickTeam’s managed staffing solutions.
- Close deals and guide clients through the onboarding and payment process.
- Communicate feedback to the sales manager to improve close rates and client experience.
- Maintain accurate deal tracking in our CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a closer or account executive.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- High integrity and commitment to following through with clients.
- Reliable internet connection and professional setup for client calls.

- Experience preferably in B2B or service-based sales.
