MaidThis is hiring a Remote Sales Associate to join our home services team. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial inbound inquiries to outbound follow-ups, ensuring a smooth customer experience. This fully remote role offers a clear path for strong performers to grow into recruiting support.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries with warmth, speed, and precision.
- Run outbound follow-ups and reactivation campaigns using calls and texts.
- Quote accurately, confirm details, and lock in next steps to prevent issues.
- Keep pipelines and notes clean in our systems, including CRM and Slack updates.
- Hit daily performance targets and improve your close rate over time.
- Support recruiting tasks such as candidate calls, follow-ups, and confirmations after a ramp-up period.
What We're Looking For
- Strong, stable WiFi and a quiet workspace for professional calls.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a strong, mandatory phone presence.
- Comfort and proficiency with Slack, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- High accountability—you follow processes, post updates, and own outcomes.
- Reliability during work hours with no disappearing acts or conflicting side obligations.
- This role is not compatible with childcare or personal obligations during work hours.
