EX Squared is seeking a Remote Safety Manager to take ownership of our safety initiatives and foster a culture of well-being. This is a full-time remote position for a candidate based in France.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential workplace hazards.
- Lead safety training programs and ensure compliance with all relevant French and EU regulations.
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present safety performance reports to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Safety Manager or in a similar occupational health and safety role.
- In-depth knowledge of French and European health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Strong communication skills to effectively train staff and report to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
- Professional certification in occupational health and safety is required.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position. You must be legally authorized to work and reside in France.
